- 10 tbsp softened butter
- 1 1/4 cups cocoa powder, sifted
- 5 1/4 cups powderd sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Mix in cocoa powder to create a paste.
- Move the chocolate paste to a stand bowl and turn the mixer on to low speed. Slowly add in powdered sugar and milk, alternating between the two. Add vanilla and mix.
- Turn the mixer to medium speed and mix for 5 minutes. The frosting should be smooth and creamy.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge.
