Ingredients
- 2–4 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 package wonton wrappers
- Oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt

- Large bowl
- Frying pan
- Dressing container
Instructions
- In a salad dressing container, combine rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, sesame seeds, and salt. Then refrigerate.
- Cook chicken breasts and dice or shred. Then refrigerate.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the wonton wrappers on both sides until golden brown. Let rest on a paper towel.
- Shred lettuce. Chop green onions. Slice water chestnuts. Then combine the three.
- Crush the fried wonton wrappers. Combine with the greens, chicken, and salad dressing and serve.
