Ingredients

• 9 cups Chex
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Tools

• 1/4 cup
• 1/2 cup
• 1 cup
• 1 tsp
• Large mixing bowl
• Microwaveable bowl

Instructions

1. Melt the butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth
2. Add vanilla and stir
3. Pour the melted mixture over the chex in the large mixing bowl and stir until evenly coated
4. Add the powdered sugar and mix until evenly coated
