Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat
- *1 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch flour
- 15 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
*Can substitute onion powder for onion
Tools

- 1/2 cup
- 1 cup
- Large saucepan or deep electric skillet
Instructions
- Chop onion. Salt and pepper meat to taste and sprinkle with a pinch of flour. Brown the meat with the onions for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Add tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and vinegar. Mix together and simmer for 3 hours.
- Add brown sugar and simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Shred the meat and serve.
